Sheridan Row

“Old buildings have souls…and maybe a ghost,” say Sallie and John Sebrell,  the creators of the award-winning Sheridan Row, a complex of three condominiums and four retail spaces formed from three sections (1789, ca. 1840, 1913) of the Sheridan Building and inspired by the developers’ dream of creating spacious and environmentally efficient homes in a walkable historic downtown.  In keeping with their different ages and use, each condominium has a character of its own, although all enjoy magnificent views of Hogback Mountain from their rooftop gardens.
