The Georges

The Georges, a boutique inn on historic Main Street, transformed two historic buildings in downtown Lexington.  The Alexander Withrow House, at the corner of Main and Washington Streets, was built in 1789 and is one of the oldest surviving buildings in Lexington.  Across Main Street, John McCampbell built his home in 1809.  Today The Georges is home to Haywood’s, a casual and lively piano bar serving Southern bistro-style cuisine, and TAPS, a lobby lounge.
